COFFEE
There’s always something good brewing here in the taproom, and our coffee is no exception.
Before the first cup is poured, our baristas start every morning by selecting from a delicious array of beans from our friends at both Cape Coffee Roasters (Newfoundland) and SEY Coffee (Brooklyn, NY). Coffee from both companies are thoughtfully sourced, typically single origin and from small lot producers. Expect a bright, light and nuanced cup of coffee where each region is showcased in the cup.
If a classic well-rounded coffee is your thing, we now have drip coffee on everyday. If you would like an elevated coffee experience try one of our pour-overs. They’re brewed by hand to ensure the freshest and most optimal extraction, resulting in a clean brew that highlights the beans’ natural flavours. As such, it may take an extra couple of minutes—but trust us, it’s well worth the wait.
So, stroll in soon and start your day with a cup from our café. We open bright and early at 7:30am on weekdays, 8:30 on weekends and shut down at 3pm throughout the week as we transition over to our evening service.
Drip coffee is now available into the evening as well!
