While we don’t take ourselves too seriously, our beer is a whole other story. Step into our brewhouse, and you’ll find us constantly experimenting new hop varieties and testing premium, hand-picked ingredients. From our light lagers to IPAs and stouts, we keep things fresh with an ever-evolving line of small batch brews that combine exciting flavour with approachability.

This is the second instalment in our series of collabs with Namjim. An IPA made with pilsner malt, toasted rice and milk sugar. After a heavy dry hop with Sabro and Eclipse hops it was then conditioned on a Thai tea dust (Ceylon black tea and spice mix). Medium-bodied with a slight sweetness and flavors of citrus, coconut, cardamom, and cinnamon. 7.0%

A classic American beer style that was initially made to compete with German lager. The second instalment of beers created in collaboration with Alder cottage made with foraged ingredients. A blonde ale lightly dry-hopped with a blend of European hops and conditioned with alder and rosehip. Light and delicate with hints of citrus, black pepper and rosewater. 4.5%

An IPA made with a heavy addition of malted oats and dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Eukuanot cryo powder. We used a combination of Phantasm powder and a new experimental yeast strain from Escarpment labs to give this beer punchy notes of tropical and overripe fruit. 7.0%
